COMPLETE UTTER HAPPINESS 8D

First off, my Canon Powershot S2 IS broke a little more than a week ago. The lens is kinda stuck and won't go in/out. Which sucks, because I've have some pretty great times with that camera.

However, guess what I got today?

A CANON REBEL XSI.
YES.

I LOVE YOU DAD.

He always seems to have this thing with getting my birthday present at the end of August, even though my birthday is in November. (I got my bird in August 2006 as my birthday present that year.)

SO.
I'm looking foward to some great times with my new camera.
Once I get a job, the first thing I'll be saving up for is another lens (I've yet to decide on one yet, but I'll be doing my research these next couple of weeks). Any recommendations?

It still hasn't quite hit me yet that I just got an SLR.

That must've been my art teacher. She sends some of her students' stuff out for exibitions :)
I didn't get to see it though hahaha
